I get so caught up at school with teaching both in the classroom and online + my administrative duties, I just don't have the creative energy to get out an make pictures. Whenever I do its like a empty void inside of me has been filled. Luckily retirement is getting closer and I will have more time to paint, write and photograph. Until then I'll savor the little windows of opportunities I do have between semesters and spring break to nurture the artist within. I so miss just going out an making photographs Shannon.
