Thoughts on Life, Art, Photography, Technology, Teaching and Travel…..
I am very excited to announce that I’m collaborating with the Director of the Vasa Transmedia Project Roberto Muffoletto in planning a Photography Workshop in scenic and historic Sardinia for Easter week (March 31-April 8th) 2012. Last year I did my Art of Seeing workshop in beautiful Southwestern Ireland and next year we are off to photograph the Easter week processions and celebrations in and around Sardinia. The workshop is still in the planning stage, but will be open to the first ten people who sign up to not only photograph in and around Sardinia, but also to learn more about photography and seeing in a more visual, creative way. All skill levels are welcome to sign up for this workshop.

The Art of Seeing workshop will include daily formal photography instruction geared specifically to each photographer’s skill level, in addition to personal time to meander along the beautiful countryside and visit the local villages. There will also be excursions to a majestic waterfall, salt lakes with flamingos, ancient castles, a 3000 year old stone tower and a Byzantine church, in addition to photographing the Easter celebrations and choir processions in and around the villages.
More specific details about the workshop will be published in the near future. Please post a comment to this post if you are interested in going on this exciting photography workshop or just want to be contacted when I get more information on costs and travel arrangements.
